Every time it end up by long pressing the power key to shut it down. When the system frozen, the magic SysRq key not working too. And I’ve read the REISUB guide, which only works when the system running normal. But there’s several times when I use mouse move to trigger a wake up from the suspend state, the monitor light up but with black screen, no matter what I press on keyboard or click with mouse, there’s no response. Hope we can resolve this "issue" promptly.I’ve install Manjaro on my PC, and most time it works fine. If needed I can providfe further details. Why did you say compatibility issues and have suggested to contact Microsoft? Because of the Xbox One remote? As you can see it happens also with the Harmony Hub which at the same time works but with a NUC7. Now when you wrote "I have been trying to replicate this with an Xbox One remote and the Intel ® NUC8i7HNK but I was unable to turn on the Intel ® NUC" you confirmed the same problem we are facing. MOREOVER, I have placed both NUCs (old NUC7 and new NUC8) side by side, both Win10 1903 and BIOSes configured similarily and both controlled by the same Harmony Hub - result? The NUC7 wakes-up (as for the past 2 years) and the NUC8 DOESN'T. Now I have been using a NUC7i3BNH for almost 2 years w/o CIR wake-up problems, same setup. Win10 does not use hibernation nor fast boot. Just like BIOS settings are: CIR enabled, deep sleep S4/S5 disabled, wake on CIR from S3/S4 and from S5 enabled. NUC8i5BEH with latest BIOS 0071, Win10 1903 and correctly installed ITECIR Infrared Receiver device. Hi a month now I am struggling with a similar problem - can't wake-up the NUC8 through the CIR, just like using a Harmony Hub.
